What ilvlup is

ilvlup gives you an AI opinion on your dating photos, your profile and your conversations. It scores what you upload and tells you what it would change.

It is an opinion, not a fact and not a promise. We do not guarantee you more matches, more replies or more dates, and the model can be wrong about you. Use the advice the way you would use a friend with strong views: consider it, then decide for yourself.

Who can use it

You have to be 18 or older. One account per person. Do not share your login, and tell us at support@ilvlup.ai if you think someone else is using it.

What you upload

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to process it for one purpose only: producing your analysis and running the features you use. Nothing more.

By uploading, you confirm that you are allowed to. Concretely:

• •Photos of yourself are fine. Photos of other people need their agreement, and screenshots of a conversation are covered by the same rule.
• •No photos of anyone under 18, in any context.
• •Nothing illegal, and nothing you would not want a stranger to process on your behalf.

Paying

Two things cost money. You can unlock a single analysis with a one-off payment, or you can take a Pro subscription that unlocks everything. The price is shown before you pay and is charged in euros.

Pro starts with a free trial. When the trial ends the subscription renews automatically, once a month, until you stop it. Payment runs through Stripe; we never see your card details.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel Pro at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund the month you are in, and you keep access until that month runs out.

A one-off unlock is delivered the moment you pay, and by buying it you agree to that immediate delivery, which means the fourteen day right of withdrawal no longer applies to it.

If something went wrong, mail support@ilvlup.ai. We would rather sort it out than argue about it.

What we do not promise

We do our best to keep ilvlup available and correct, but we do not promise that it is always up, always right, or free of bugs. The service is provided as it is.

We are not liable for decisions you make based on an analysis, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Ending it

You can delete your data and stop using ilvlup whenever you want; the privacy policy explains how.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, particularly the part about what you are allowed to upload. If we do, we will tell you why.

Which law applies

Dutch law applies to these terms. If we end up in a dispute we cannot settle by mail, it goes to a competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protections your own country gives you.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we change this page and move the date at the top. If you have an account and the change matters, we will email you before it takes effect.
